Access is via the State Library. Just choose Encyclopaedia Britannica
from centre of the page and when asked enter the barcode on your membership

The Health & Wellness Resource Centre provides patrons with comprehensive,
reliable and up-to-date medical resources. It features the ability
to search a broad collection of reference titles, full text articles
from reference and periodical literature, pamphlets and news. The
subject areas include information on a disease or condition, diet,
alternative health solutions, fitness and weight loss.
